Fenice is a restaurant located in downtown Salt Lake City on Regent Street. The restaurant opened in the Fall of 2021 moving into the space formerly home to Fireside On Regent. Owned by the same folks behind the popular Silver Star Cafe, the restaurant retains Fireside’s centerpiece wood fired oven for a Mediterranean menu focused around pizza and pasta.
