One 0 Eight is a restaurant in the 15th and 15th neighborhood. Opened by husband and wife duo James and Kris Dumas, the restaurant replaces the former Sea Salt spot. Dumas was the former chef at Park City’s High West before opening this upscale neighborhood eatery.
