Oquirrh SLC is a New American restaurant in Salt Lake City. The restaurant is the work of Angela and Drew Fuller; the former you might recall from his previous work at restaurants such as HSL, Pago and Copper Onion. The restaurant opened up in the former Vertical Diner / Sage’s Cafe space.
