With the unexpected and sudden closure of Big Ed’s after more than 50 years, it looked like this popular spot for U students might have seen it’s last day. Thankfully, local coffee experts Publik stepped in to not only save, but rejuvenate this coffee shop. The dive interior was completely gutted and a new, modern right and modern interior was installed. And yes, they still serve the classic god awful…
