Bistro 222 on Main Street in downtown SLC continues to evolve and change. Now under the watch of chef Brady Gray (formerly of Ruth’s Chris) the menu changed again in late 2015. What you will still find though is a diverse mix of cuisines and selections centered around New American cuisine.
